How to restart Freeletics
after you skipped weeks or months
If you read my previous post with my confession, You know that I failed Freeletics.
It was a hard period but I recovered so it is time to get up and start again. Like everyone else, I do not like to quit or fail in anything but it happens sometimes.
All we can do is learn from our mistakes.
I grabbed my phone again yesterday and located my beloved app, and tapped on it.
The good thing is that The Freeletics app gives you the option to redo your assessment in order to build up your new training regime. Also, you can include any injuries and set up how many days you can train each week.
I have done my reassessment and I have to say It was terrible. I mean to feel how much progress, strength, stamina I lost since I stopped exercising. It will be a long way back where I was before but the determination is there.
So now I swapped regret to motivation and I will give everything in the next 15 weeks. I just realized I only left 6 weeks from my subscription but I will definitely extend for another year because I want to find out what It can do for me.
