Freeletics for the new Me
I am about to open a window where you can look into my life. What you will see or learn is interesting enough? I let you decide of course but I believe it is. Here is a short summary of it.
37 ,married,born in Hungary,working as a governor/family advisor.
If you ask me where I live I won`t be able to give you a proper answer. For example, in 2015 I spend 5 months in Russia,2 in France, 3 in Bulgaria and right now in San Francisco since last November.
I love cakes, I hate cotton balls. You heard it right. The Idea of touching them freaks me out. The cotton ball is for me what Kryptonite is for Superman.
Now I am on a mission. I want to change my lifestyle. I have weight to lose. Actually I already started my transformation with Freeletics so I created this blog to share what I do in order to achieve my goal. I take my goal seriously but I want to have fun on the way to achieving it. How? Doing
I take my goal seriously but I want to have fun on the way to achieving it. How? Doing Freeletics and eating usual things. Yes I know, exercise and eating a slice of cake are usually not on the same page. But on my Blog they will be.
Why I chose blogging about all these? For fun. Also I think there are plenty people out there who stuck in a similar, comfortable but not very productive , unhealthy state and I want to switch on the lights for them too so they can realize there is job to do to reach their potential.
Should I scare them with the usual method like on several million websites: “Do this and do that and lose 25 kg in 2 hours”
I won`t represent those things. I like my way better.
I chose Freeletics for several reasons:
- It is easy to download and use
- Fairly cheap (cheaper than a gym for sure)
- I don`t like gyms
- I can do anytime I wish
- I can do it anywhere
- Easy to track my progress
- The system motivates me well without a sweaty trainer shouting next to me
If you have a similar mind than me than Freeletics will work great for you!
Lets exercise more and eat yummy things.
Let me know what you think!
