My plan to improve my health
You probably ended up here because we have something in common.Let me introduce myself and let’s find out what is that common thing we have.
Hi, my name is Istvan and I love cakes and chocolate. Who doesn’t ?,right 🙂
As I turn to 37 soon This year I started to notice something in my head. I am a confident guy but I am not at all living a healthy lifestyle so I feel the need to change that.How to change things around? What is the first step? What habit I should lose and what to keep? So generally how can I improve myself. I believe all of us has an idea about what would be the best for us. For example, a man’s idea looks like this:
We would love to have a great body without having to work too much on it in order to have enough time to play our football manager game and watch football or movies. We would love to have a nice nap after some heavy meal without creating a cm of new belly fat around our waist.
Something like that.I think I could write a version about how you ladies imagine the ideal one but I do not want to get into trouble so I let you write your own 🙂 Maybe in the comment section or on Sweetletics.com’s facebook.
Ok so let’s take some actions. One thing for sure, I know that I can not change everything at once and can not change everything overnight. Needs a plan! My How to start living healthier lifestyle goals are the following:
-Exercise more ,lose fat
-Eat healthier but somehow keep to good stuff on the menu (This won’t be easy to achieve)
-Develop new habits and lose bad ones to improve my general well-being
-Keep things fun
Looks simple. I am happy to say that so far I do all of that. Have you found our “common thing”?
